Sue has 25+ years of experience in Realty profession with several hundred sold properties in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Sue worked with Ted Glasrud & Associates in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for many years (Downtown Realty). Ted Glasurd was the original developer of The Crossings Condominium and Sue has sold hundreds of units in this building alone. Her knowledge about The Crossings is unequaled.
Sue started her career as a "closer" for custom builder in Minneapolis area. Involved with over a thousand real estate "closings" in her realty career.
Sue has an associate degree in Accounting.

Lyle & his wife Jane live in Crossings Unit #302. Jane has recently been Manager of The Crossings and Lyle has worked in several capacities for The Crossings over the years.
